My name is Leon Florez jr. My father Leon Florez was at your facility for the last 7 months. He was a dementia patient and was on the third floor in room 319. My dad passed away yesterday at the age of 83 at the Mike Conley hospice house in Clermont. I wanted to write this email to you and to all of your staff at the Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Facility. The Florist family has nothing but gratitude for you and your entire staff at the facility. my dad was treating respect and love. We experience at your facility top class from the CNA‘s to the therapist to the nurses. Your staff couldn’t have done a much better job with my dad, keeping him at peace and making sure he was always well. Starting with admissions, Miss Jillian Trujillo at the business office, Director of Nursing nurse, Lisa, and other staff there were excellent during the day of my father. I really wanted to commend Yasmany Garcia who was the nurse that took care of my dad, and the one that made my dad feel the most comfortable while there. he was patient. He was funny. He was dedicated and always took care of my father really really well.All we can say is thank you, thank you very much!! Your facility is definitely a facility that cares about their patients. Again, we have nothing but the most gratitude for you and your entire staff at the facility. We wish you well and nothing but success in the future.
